400m2 of exhibition divided in two rooms. In the first one we find the biggest exhibition of fluvial boats of Spain, eleven different vessels, from the "batuxo" until the "carocho" (from the headwaters until the mouth of Miño river). It stands out the latest passing boat (similar to ferryboat) of this river. They are accompanied by a big number of graphic boards and period documents related to the boats and their function.

In the second room, the space is shared out between the traditional fishing and the impact of the dams. The fishing area all the tools are around a big arc from a Portomarin "caneiro" (Walls built in the river to fish). In the other side, we have the impact, which Belesar and Peares reservoirs have made in the riverbank. They flooded 32 places and 1147 people were forced to move. It has graphic information about flooded places, their situation and characteristics.
